The team at Polaris Yacht Supply have years of experience in manufacturing and project managing bespoke projects for yachts from 30m to 100m+. With a wealth of knowledge fabricating bespoke products in stainless steel, composites, aluminium or wood, no project is too small for us.
Design
During the design phase, we will provide you with preliminary designs that can be easily altered until the design meets your requirements. We will then supply you with a full render package including technical drawings and CAD models for you to fully immerse yourself in the project prior to order confirmation.
Manufacturing
During the manufacturing process, we will be in touch with a mid-stage report highlighting any key features or milestones as well as including images of the build.
Quality Control
Before any product leaves Polaris Yacht Supply for its final destination, it is thoroughly inspected to ensure the quality and finish of the product meets our stringent guidelines.
